Bonnie is a dedicated professional whose passion for child and adult care began at just 16. With extensive experience supporting individuals with severe learning disabilities and autism, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role — along with the perspective of being a proud mum of two.

Outside of work, Bonnie volunteers with Girlguiding, empowering young girls to become confident and capable women. At home, she enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs, often while enjoying a good musical or a comforting roast dinner.

Bonnie believes deeply in the transformative power of early childhood education and cherishes watching every child grow, learn, and thrive at Rainbow Playschool.

Meet Nicole! She has been dedicated to childcare since she was just 16, beginning her journey as an apprentice. With experience in both small and large nurseries, she has developed a diverse skill set. Currently, Nicole is on her path to becoming the nursery SENCO, all while enjoying quality time with her family and friend

Meet Mel, our youngest team member! With a love of childcare, she decided to turn her love for looking after her family's children into a career. Currently pursuing a Level 2 apprenticeship in childcare, Mel is eager to continue her journey with a Level 3 qualification. She loves reading to the children and is a big advocate for outdoor learning, all while cherishing with her family and friends

Linda — or Linny as everyone knows her — is our wonderful Nursery Nana here at Rainbow Playschool. With three grown-up children and six grandchildren, Linny brings a wealth of warmth, experience, and love to our setting.

She adores pottering in her garden, spending time with her husband, and enjoying long walks with her two cockerpoos, Bramble and Mable.
